Standard Condo #1

The Standard Condo is custom made and is 4 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 3 feet across. It will accommodate one or two adult cats very comfortably and is furnished with beds, lambskin bed fillers or hand made knitted blankets, towels, toys, food and water dishes along with a standard litter box which is housed under a child size table. The table enables the cat(s) to be above the floor of the condo should they so desire with plenty of overhead space. We have 32 condos available. The rate for a Standard Condo is $21.50 a day for one cat and $16.50 a day for each additional cat.

The condo divider can be removed to make the condo double in space for families of two or more. If the divider is removed this becomes a Deluxe Condo and will accommodate up to a family of six cats depending on their size. The price for a Deluxe Condo is $25.50 for one cat, $16.50 for each additional cat up to six. In addition there is also a one time Waste Disposal Fee: $5.95 per cat.

If a single cat boards during our busy times of the year in a double, there will be a charge for both condos.​

Standard Condo #2

This condo is also custom made and is about the same size as the single condo; however, it has a bench that runs all the way across the condo (for lounging) instead of a table. All other amenities are at the same rate as for a STANDARD CONDO. We have 8 Standard Condo #2s available. The Standard Condo #2 will accommodate up to two cats. The rate for the Standard Condo #2 is $21.50 a day for one cat and $16.50 a day for each additional cat. There is also a one time Waste Disposal Fee: $5.95 per cat.

Deluxe Condo

A Deluxe Condo is custom made, open on three sides and is larger than the Standard Condos. It will accommodate two to four cats very comfortably and is also furnished with bunk beds, blankets, tables, toys, as well as furnish platforms for the cats to perch on or sleep on. All 4 Deluxe Condos are located at the very front of the hotel where the cats have a view of the outside. The rate for a Deluxe Condo is $25.50 for one cat, $16.50 for each additional cat up to four. In addition there is a one time Waste Disposal Fee: $5.95 per cat. The Deluxe Condo will not accommodate more than four cats.

Condo Reassignment Policy/Relocation:

We reserve the right to relocate cats where a single cat is boarding or two cats from the same family are boarding together who could board in a Standard Condo or Standard Condo #2. Relocation can occur when, in our sole judgment and without prior notice to the client, it is necessary:

  • to separate family member cats who are boarding in the same condo if they do not appear compatible;
  • to implement the use of a double condo with a divider to protect our staff and/or the cat even if the Standard Condo or Standard Condo #2 was initially reserved;
  • in an emergency or other unexpected events occurs which requires another cat to board beyond the end of its reservation. These events are unlikely, however, they can occur during our very busiest times of the year; and ​
  • to accommodate any other type of event in which relocation is deemed necessary by us.

Boarding charges will reflect relocations made in accordance with the foregoing.

What We Provide at no Extra Charge:

  1. Minimum of 2 periods of play and/or cuddle time per day, if your cat’s receptive and time permitting.
  2. Nail trimming (if your cat will allow it).
  3. Relaxing music at various times of the day or the evening.
  4. Premium dry cat food served according to your feeding times.
  5. Free administration of non-prescription medication in food.
  6. Eye and ear cleaning (if your cat will allow it).
  7. Brushing, including long and short hair (if your cat will allow it).
  8. Treats such as Pounce or Whiskers, or water packed tuna and catnip.
  9. Bottled water.
  10. Clumping or regular unscented litter.

What We Do For a Nominal Additional Charge During Posted Business Hours:

  1. Administer up to 3 prescription medications twice a day $4.00 per day. Each additional medication is $1.00​.
  2. Insulin injections: $3.00 each injection (does not include blood work)​. All other injections are $6.00 each injection.
  3. Subcutaneous Fluids: $15.00 each application, client provides fluids.​
  4. Transport to and from Veterinarian Non Emergency: $25.00 each way. Emergency transport: $45.00 and up based on time required​. (Within a 5 mile radius) *Otherwise we will use one of our on-call veterinarians.
  5. Transport to and from your home (price quoted on distance, time, and number of cats being transported). *NOTE: All cats must be in their carrier and ready for transport when transport team arrives and a two week advanced notice is required to allow for staff scheduling.
  6. Non-Holiday Non-Business Hours * check-in and check-out available 365 days a year by prearranged appointments only: $55.00 during daylight hours, $65.00 from dark until 10pm, $90.00 from 10pm until 6am.*We schedule 15 minutes only for these appointments.​ *A two week advance notice is required to allow for staff scheduling.
  7. *During the following Holidays our Non-Business Hours Check-Out Fees are as follows:
    ​ July 2, 3, 4, 5, a non-business hour check-out will be $90.00. November 26, 27, 28, and 29 a non-business hour check out will be $90.00. December 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31 a non-business hour check-out will be $90.00.​ January 1, 2, and 3 a non-business hour check-out will be $90.00.
  8. Relocation services are quoted on a case-by-case basis and are based on cost such as fuel, airline tickets, expenses and actual time involved. We do not send cats by cargo (On airplanes, we personally carry all cats in a carrier with us in the passenger compartment).​
